I used Inline HTML fields to create a clean visual summary of record life-cycle stages, enabling quick access to key info and actions, streamlining timelines, and enhancing accountability across business functions.
This project was brought up due to pertinent information being buried in records, specifically the project record. It was difficult to open a project and have a quick idea of what was going on with the project specific tasks and actions.
I conjured the idea of utilizing Inline HTML fields to provide a clean visual summary of where a project is at within its life-cycle.
The structure was created through two fields for each 'Step' of the project.
This provides tremendous value across many business functions, unifying timelines and information, reinforcing accountability and highlighting details for quicker and more effective actions.
