PARTNER METRICS PROFILES
A solution was developed to display sales performance metrics across different functional roles, with key data sourced from multiple Saved Searches. The metrics were duplicated into stored fields to enable additional calculations, providing a streamlined method for analyzing and reporting on sales performance with enhanced accuracy and flexibility.
QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS
I developed a comprehensive solution using Inline HTML fields to create a clean visual summary of project installation quality and an alphanumeric scorecard for post-installation inspections. This system calculated grades based on various data points, displayed a clear score at the top of the record, and provided a polished, print-friendly version for customer delivery.
